Artwork Guidelines
Please follow these guidelines to submit your artwork for the printing of Calendars and Planners.
ARTWORK SUBMISSION INFORMATION
When placing an order, please provide artwork to be used for your custom imprint in one of the formats specified below. Art can be uploaded during or after order processing.
For large files, use our ART UPLOAD page.

VECTOR ARTWORK (Preferred)
Accepted Formats: EPS, AI, PDF, or CDR files.
Please be sure to convert all fonts to outlines, curves, or paths. Files must be original vector file types. Simply changing a file extension to a vector extension (e.g., renaming a .jpg to .ai) will not convert the underlying image data.
RASTER ARTWORK
Accepted Formats: PSD, JPG, TIFF, PNG, or GIF files.
To ensure high-quality printing, raster files must have an original resolution of at least 300 dpi or higher, set at 100% of actual print size or larger.
If you don't have high-resolution assets, our trained staff of graphic artists is on hand to assist with logo design, recreation, composition, and layouts.
