Shipping & Handling: Shipping starts at a minimum of $10.00 for the first sample and a minimum of $12.00 if additional samples are added. Final shipping costs are determined by the specific item, quantity, and destination.
Payment Process: Full prepayment is strictly required before any samples are shipped, with no exceptions. Once your request is received, we will email you a secure credit card terminal link to process your payment.
Sample Credit: If you place an official order for the same item, any product costs paid for your samples will be fully credited back to your account. Shipping and handling fees are strictly non-refundable and will not be credited.
