Sample Request Policy
To help you evaluate product quality, Cuspro, Inc. offers one FREE sample (up to an $8.00 value, based on first-column product pricing). Samples are intended for quality review only and may feature a random imprint.
- Shipping & Handling: Shipping starts at a minimum of $10.00 for the first sample and a minimum of $12.00 if additional samples are added. Final shipping costs are calculated based on item, quantity, and destination.
- Payment Process: Full prepayment is strictly required before any samples are shipped, with no exceptions. Once your request is processed, you will receive a Sales Order via email containing the secure credit card terminal link to complete your payment.
- Sample Credit: If you place an official order for the same item, any out-of-pocket product costs paid for your samples will be fully credited back to your account. All shipping and handling fees are strictly non-refundable and will not be credited.
- Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse sample requests at our sole discretion.
